How the nanny job works

Working as a nanny is both fun and flexible. You choose yourself which assignments you want and when you want to work. As a nanny, you help one or more families in your area with looking after their children. This can mean everything from picking up from preschool/school and having a fun time in the playground to eating snacks or bedtime routines. The most important thing is that it is fun and safe for the children, the parents, and you!

About the family

During your interview, you will receive more information about this specific family, but here are some good things to know:

• Number of children: 1
• Age: 5 years old
• Days per week they need help: 1–2 times per week
• Times: Mostly pickup from preschool and sometimes in the evenings as well as weekends (each shift is always at least 3 hours)

This side job is perfect for you if you:

• Are responsible and playful with a genuine commitment to children
• Have experience independently looking after one or more children (0–6 years)
• Can work flexibly both on weekdays and weekends as a nanny
