Team Leader for Facility Cleaning

SIMH Sweden AB, Region Central Sweden/Stockholm, is expanding its team with an additional Team Leader within the special cleaning department. We are looking for you who have extensive experience in leadership within the cleaning industry, particularly in special cleaning (e.g., window cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, deep cleaning, etc.). You are responsible and have high standards for service quality.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, especially your ability to collaborate and your solution-oriented approach, as the role involves many contact points. To fit into our team and our values, you need to be someone who takes pride in your work and performance.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of cleaning and special cleaning.
• Good experience in team leadership.
• Good experience and knowledge in quality assessments as well as environmental and work environment work, relevant to the role.
• Good skills in working with digital reporting systems relevant to the profession.
• Education relevant to the profession.
• Class B driver's license.
