Customer Service Technician at Recompany – Nacka/Saltsjö-Boo

About the Role

Recompany is growing and is now looking for a new team member to join our operations team!

We provide comprehensive waste management solutions for residential buildings and businesses – from supervision and maintenance to advisory services and environmental room service. As a service technician with us, you are a vital part of our team ensuring everything runs smoothly at our customers' sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and sorting of waste at customer sites
• Overall responsibility for customer relations and follow-up
• Maintenance and upkeep of environmental rooms and areas
• Minor repairs and tidying up on-site
• Reporting deviations and proposing improvements
• Daily contact with the operations manager and colleagues to plan daily tasks
• Responsibility for the service vehicle and ensuring the correct equipment is taken on assignments
• The work is field-based, but you will be based at our workplace in Nacka Orminge

We are looking for someone who

• Enjoys physical work and likes taking responsibility
• Is solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and has a strong service mindset
• Collaborates well and communicates effectively
• Is punctual and reliable
• Has a valid Category B driver's license (required)
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Positive and driven

Previous experience in waste management, property maintenance, logistics, or similar fields is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Hours and Scope

Full-time, weekdays 06:00–15:00

Location: Nacka/Saltsjö-Boo
