As a Team Leader, you are a key person, together with the Operations Manager, to ensure a well-functioning delivery to our customers.
You assist in distributing work among employees and ensuring that the service is carried out correctly.
Your main responsibilities include, among other things:
- leading Service Employees (cleaners) in their work
- onboarding new employees
- performing quality checks and other practical tasks
- having daily contact with customers
- performing cleaning duties when required
- scheduling and recruiting substitutes as needed
- delivering and ordering materials
- acting as a substitute for the Operations Manager, as needed
The position is full-time, distributed between daytime and evening hours. Weekend work may occur.
About You
At Northclean, personality and the willingness to learn are the most important factors. We also look for the following:
- At least 1 year of documented experience in team leadership within the last 2 years.
- A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
- Experience working administratively.
- Insta 800 Level 3 certification.
- SRY/PRYL training or equivalent.
