TriGo is looking for a Team Leader / Foreman – Full-time in Stockholm!

About the position

The position is 100% and the work is based in Stockholm. You will work in an established cleaning company where the pace is fast and days vary. Working hours may vary, and both evening and weekend work are common.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and follow up with staff in their daily work
• Ensure high quality in deliveries to our customers
• Plan staffing and work efforts
• Manage materials, equipment, and orders
• Introduce and train staff in work tasks and routines
• Be operational yourself when needed and support operations on the ground

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience from the cleaning or facility management industry
• Have previous experience in leading and distributing work
• Are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Thrive in a role with both personnel responsibility and practical work
• Have a good sense of service and enjoy customer contact
• Have a Category B driver's license
• Are computer literate and have previously worked in systems like Tengella or similar (meritorious)
