Skrotfrag is now looking for a yard worker for our branch in Kalmar. You will become part of a dynamic workplace that recycles with care and is in constant development.

We are now looking for an engaged and machine-savvy employee for our facility in Kalmar. We offer a free, varied, and physical job where no day is like the other.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sorting and grading different scrap qualities.
• Operating wheel loaders/excavators with grapples for material handling.
• Unloading and loading incoming material from trucks.
• Maintaining order and cleanliness at the scrap yard.
• Customer reception and handling of orders.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Have an operator's certificate for wheel loaders; having one for excavators as well is an advantage.
• Are practical, physically strong, and not afraid of getting your hands dirty.
• Are a team player without ego who takes initiative.
• Are meticulous, self-motivated, and responsible.
• Have good communication skills and enjoy meeting people.
