As a personal assistant, you work to provide individually adapted support to a person with a disability to create security, independence, and a meaningful everyday life. The tasks vary depending on the individual's needs and may include personal care, support at home, leisure activities, transfers, and social activities. The work is based on respect, attentiveness, and professional interaction where the individual's wishes and integrity are always in focus. The position also includes statutory documentation in our digital systems, so it is important that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language and experience using computers and smartphones. Responsibilities As a personal assistant, you provide individually adapted support based on the customer's needs, wishes, and conditions. This can include, for example:

• Personal care
• Household chores
• Transfers

• Has previous experience working as a personal assistant
• Is responsible and has a professional approach
• Is attentive and adaptable based on the customer's needs and wishes
• Has good knowledge of the Swedish language and experience with documentation

• Category B driver's license
• Experience with assistive devices and different functional variations

• A varied and meaningful job
