Do you want a central role in a growing company where you can combine planning, customer contact, and operational work? We are now looking for a Transport Manager for our operations in Kassmyra, Tumba. Here you will have the opportunity to help develop a growing transport business together with engaged colleagues.

About Us

We provide earthmoving transports to the Mälaren Valley region and offer both external and internal services within transport and machinery services. We are in an expansion phase and currently operate two facilities for recycling, gravel, and concrete products. In Kassmyra, we have weighbridge administration, sales staff, and facility managers working together with our drivers who handle deliveries and material pickups.

About the Role

As a Transport Manager, you hold a key position in the business and are responsible for planning and optimizing our daily transports. You are the hub that ensures the right resources are in the right place – at the right time.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead daily transport operations
  • Maintain ongoing contact with customers and colleagues
  • Handle invoicing related to transports
  • Ensure efficient and smooth daily operations

A Typical Workday

The position is based on-site in Kassmyra, Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00. Most of the day consists of transport management, where you plan routes and handle ongoing changes. Invoicing is also an important part of the job.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Service-oriented and outgoing
  • Structured and detail-oriented
  • Good at prioritizing in a dynamic daily routine
  • Solution-oriented and comfortable with responsibility

Requirements:

  • Category B driver's license and access to a personal car
  • Experience from the construction industry
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel

Merits:

  • Experience in transport management
  • Knowledge of Mobilast
  • Experience with invoicing
