We are currently seeking a full-time sushi chef (100%) to start as soon as possible. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, curious, and eager to develop in an environment where quality, pace, and teamwork are second nature.

Here is a clear picture of what the job involves:

🍣 You are responsible for sushi preparation – from perfectly cooked and seasoned rice to finished nigiri, maki, and special rolls.

🔪 You work with advanced knife skills – filleting and portioning fish with precision and respect for the ingredient.

🐟 You ensure ingredient quality – checking fish freshness, handling deliveries, and following food safety protocols.

🎨 You are responsible for presentation – every plate must meet high visual standards and reflect our focus on quality.

📦 You plan and prep for service – organizing your station efficiently for a smooth workflow.

🧼 You adhere to strict hygiene routines – cleanliness, structure, and food safety are non-negotiable.

🤝 You collaborate and lead when needed – supporting apprentices and colleagues while contributing to a positive kitchen atmosphere.
