About the Department

The Radiology Clinic in Sollefteå is part of a county-wide operation including the Radiology Clinics in Sundsvall/Härnösand and Örnsköldsvik. The clinic operates 24/7, supporting both specialized hospital care and outpatient services with examinations and treatments of various kinds. We work with ultrasound, conventional X-ray, fluoroscopy, computed tomography (CT), minor interventions, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Approximately 25 people work at the Sollefteå clinic. As a Radiographer, you will work in a team alongside nursing assistants, radiographers, radiologists, and medical secretaries. We are a well-knit work group where teamwork is essential. We are now looking for a Radiographer to join the team! The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement.

Responsibilities

The work is varied as we rotate through all modalities. Your tasks will include:

• Standard Radiographer duties
• Scheduling examinations
• Planning daily operations

We apply individualized onboarding and, to some extent, individual schedules. The introduction consists of starting with Conventional X-ray and gradually expanding to Computed Tomography to gain knowledge and routines. We are a small unit, which means you will quickly get involved in many different modalities such as CT, Conventional X-ray, Fluoroscopy, and MRI if you have an interest. Weekend and on-call duties, as well as inconvenient working hours, are included in all schedules.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who

• Are a licensed Radiographer
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you

• Have worked at a radiology clinic
• Have work experience within healthcare, preferably at a radiology clinic
• Have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
