Job Information

We at Professionals Nord are searching, in collaboration with Emhart Glass, for a Maintenance Technician. This is a direct recruitment position, meaning the recruitment process takes place through Professionals Nord and you will be employed directly by Emhart Glass.

Your role – more than just maintenance

You work closely with both production and technology, and no two days are alike. You will troubleshoot and service the machinery, with a special focus on CNC machines and equipment within machining and production. Additionally, you will:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electrical, mechanical, and control systems
• Plan and perform preventive maintenance
• Be involved in developing and improving maintenance work and its processes
• Contribute ideas and initiatives regarding working methods, routines, and structure
• Support and train operators during technical challenges
• Be responsible for ordering and inventory management of spare parts
• Collaborate with external suppliers and service partners
• Report and plan maintenance work in digital systems

The position is during day hours, Monday–Friday.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a high school education in industry, technology, electricity, or equivalent
• Has experience working as a maintenance technician, service technician, electrician, or similar in manufacturing industry
• Has experience with the service and maintenance of CNC machines
• Possesses knowledge in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems
• Is accustomed to working in digital systems
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Experience with control systems such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mazatrol is a plus.
