What does the job entail?
Within the disability care services, you work with individuals who have mental, physical, and intellectual disabilities. Your mission is to strengthen the individual's ability to live as independently as possible.
Common tasks include supporting daily activities, leisure activities, social contacts, personal hygiene, and medication. You may work in group or service housing, short-term accommodation and stays for children and youth, day activities, supported housing, or in personal assistance.
Working hours vary depending on the operation and can include days, evenings, weekends, on-call nights, or awake nights.

We are looking for you who:
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Preferably have previous care experience or relevant education, but this is not a requirement.
- Are positive, receptive, curious, and have a genuine interest in people.
- Have a strong work ethic and can work both independently and in a team.
- Preferably have a B-category driver's license as it is needed in some of our operations.
- Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. This is a requirement to be able to communicate, document, and receive medication delegation.
Practical information:
