Your Role

As a sound engineer, you are an important part of the production. You contribute technical competence, professional conduct, and a great commitment to creating high-quality experiences. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you work both independently and together with colleagues. At our company, collaboration is a natural part of everyday life; whether it concerns sound, light, visuals, or stage, we work towards the same goal. The work is varied and takes place in different locations, which means that travel and tour assignments may occur.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Preparation of technical solutions for events
• Rigging and de-rigging of sound and PA systems, as well as light and video
• Mixing of FOH (Front of House) and monitor mixes
• System engineering at concerts and events at our arenas
• Maintenance and service of technology

Your Profile

You are an experienced sound engineer with a genuine interest in creating professional experiences. Independence, problem-solving skills, and technical curiosity characterize you, and you are driven to continue developing in line with the industry. A varied job and sometimes a high pace suit you well. With experience from concerts, corporate events, or similar productions, you are confident in taking responsibility and making your own decisions. You work in a structured manner and keep your cool even when conditions change rapidly.

Qualifications:

• Many years of work experience as a live sound engineer
• Good knowledge of live mixing
• Experience and good knowledge of d&b ArrayCalc and R1
• Knowledge of speaker placement with both point source and line array speakers
• Good knowledge of digital mixing consoles, especially Allen & Heath dLive
• Experience with programs such as QLab, Shure Workbench, PowerPoint, etc.
• Driven and interested in new technology in the field
• Valid B-driver's license

Merits:

• Broad basic knowledge of various mixing consoles, plugins, systems, Dante
• Good knowledge of live sound recording, DAW
• Experience working in CAD systems
• Electrical knowledge
• C-license, forklift license, lift license, wheel loader license

About Us

Krafty operates the venues Dalhalla, Magasinet Falun, and Rättvik Arena. We have all the parts required to carry out both large and small events. From technology and infrastructure to catering and staffing. In addition to creating events in our own arenas, we also take on external assignments throughout Sweden. In the company, 30 people work full-time year-round, and during the high season, the workforce is close to 500 people.
