About the role

With us, you will find an inclusive and flexible workplace where collaboration and joy are in focus. We believe in having fun at work!

As an experienced environmental consultant within EIA & permitting, you will play a key role in complex and socially significant assignments, for example as project manager, technical lead, or senior specialist. You lead or participate in EIA assignments and permitting processes, coordinate investigations, and produce consultation documents, environmental impact descriptions, and permit applications. The role also includes authority dialogue, quality review, tender work, method development, and competence building.

You are part of a strong national network within EIA & permitting and collaborate cross-functionally with experts in several technical areas, in an organization characterized by collaboration, innovation, and development.

Your profile

We are looking for you who want to take a leading or specialist role within EIA & permitting.

To succeed in the role, you need:

  • Relevant higher education/university degree in environmental science, natural sciences, civil engineering, or similar
  • At least 8 years of experience driving or coordinating EIA assignments and permitting processes
  • Documented experience of EIA and/or permit applications
  • Good knowledge of the Environmental Code and environmental assessment processes
  • Experience in project management
  • Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

Meritorious:

  • Experience from infrastructure, energy, or water operations
  • Knowledge within nature and water conservation or environmental law

As a person, you are structured, driven, and thrive working both independently and in teams. You have an egalitarian approach and enjoy sharing your expertise. You are expected to take significant personal responsibility for deliveries and contribute to developing both assignments and internal working methods.
