We are now looking for a business-driven and inspiring CEO who wants to lead Utilifeed through its next scale-up phase. For you, who are motivated by building companies, developing people, and creating long-term growth, this is an opportunity to make a real difference.
About the role
As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the company's strategy, growth, profitability, and continued development. You lead the organization, drive the commercial agenda, and ensure that the company builds the structures, processes, and working methods required to continue growing – without losing the entrepreneurial spirit that has made Utilifeed successful.
You will work closely with the board, owners, customers, and partners, becoming a key figure in the company's continued development and international expansion.
Your main responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the company's strategy, business plan, budget, and results.
- Lead, develop, and inspire the organization, management team, and corporate culture.
- Drive the company's commercial development, sales, and growth.
- Build scalable processes, structures, and working methods for continued expansion.
- Be responsible for strategically important customer dialogues, partnerships, and business deals.
- Serve as the company's primary representative to customers, partners, owners, and the board.
We are looking for you who
Have experience leading companies or business units through a growth or scale-up phase and thrive in entrepreneurial environments where development, change, and business are in focus. You are a confident leader who combines strategic thinking with strong commercial drive and a clear focus on execution.
We believe you have:
- Documented experience in result, budget, and operational responsibility.
- Experience driving commercial development and profitable growth.
- Experience with complex B2B sales involving long business processes.
- Experience building organizations, teams, and processes in growing companies.
- Habit of working closely with boards, owners, and management teams.
- Experience from owner-led companies.
- Experience from SaaS companies is meritorious, as is experience from other tech- or knowledge-intensive B2B operations.
- Previous experience as CEO is meritorious.

You are a natural leader with high business acumen and strong personal drive. You build trust, create engagement, and help people develop together towards common goals. At the same time, you are unpretentious, action-oriented, and thrive in an environment where the pace is high and decision-making paths are short.
You combine strategic height with operational execution capability and have the ability to create structure without losing speed or entrepreneurial spirit.
