About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Business Manager to lead and develop our operations in the Trestad region. You will drive the business forward by developing strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring our projects meet the highest possible standards. You will manage and further develop the region, putting your personal stamp on the work in collaboration with the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to maximize profitability and growth within the region.
• Develop and lead the team to ensure goals and deadlines are met.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers as well as partners.
• Ensure projects are executed according to plan and budget, with a focus on quality and sustainability.
• Identify and exploit market opportunities and help shape the company's future offerings within the region.

Requirements:

• Experience in a leadership role within the construction industry, with a proven track record of developing business areas and increasing profitability.
• Strong business focus and ability to identify and drive business opportunities.
• Established network within the construction industry, including customers, suppliers, and industry organizations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
• Good understanding of market trends, laws, and regulations within the construction industry.
• Relevant education, such as a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or Economics.
• Personal profile with strong drive and initiative.
