As a Gym Quality & Safety Coordinator at Fitness24Seven, you play a crucial role in delivering an amazing training experience for our members.

At Fitness24Seven, we don't have reception desks. Instead, your work focuses on practical tasks to keep the gym in top shape, ensuring everything works as it should, and being visible on the gym floor. This is perfect for you if you enjoy practical work and want physical activity to be a natural part of your workday.

This is a permanent full-time position where you will rotate between 4 gyms near Kviberg, Gothenburg.

👉 The role is a combination of practical work and member contact, where you both maintain the gyms and serve as the face of our members.

🛠️ What does the job entail?

As a gym employee at Fitness24Seven, things move fast. While you are repairing a broken treadmill, a member might approach you with a question about the gym. You are quick on your feet and can easily provide first-class service to the member, then return to ensuring the treadmill is working properly. As a gym employee, your primary responsibilities include:

• Ensuring your gyms are accessible, functional, and fresh (you will move between 2–3 gyms per day)
• Organizing training equipment and returning weights (free workout!)
• Maintaining machines (e.g., disassembling, cleaning, and lubricating)
• Handling simple repairs of machines and equipment, as well as following up on our monthly safety reports
• Inventorizing and ordering consumables
• Hosting Open House for one hour every day, where you are available for members
• Conducting gym introductions daily: showing new members how to use machines and get started with their training
• Basic cleaning of training areas, changing rooms, and toilets as needed (cleaning company is available)

🕒 Working Hours

Monday - Friday, with approximate working hours from 09:00 - 18:00. Occasional evening or weekend shifts may occur during events or new openings.

👤 About You

As a person, you enjoy working in a gym environment and at a varied pace. If you love training and health, that's a big plus! We are looking for someone who:

• Thrives in independent work and can independently plan and prioritize your own tasks
• Works in a structured manner and likes order and cleanliness
• Enjoys problem-solving and is flexible to meet changes throughout the day
• Enjoys having a physical job where you move around and use your body
• Feel comfortable in social situations, are accommodating, and professional in interactions with members

📋 Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Swedish and English in speech & writing
• At least 18 years old (independent work occurs)

⭐ Meritorious

• Experience in service, property, or maintenance
• Class B driver's license
