Your Responsibilities

The tasks on the welding department have a broad scope, covering both manual and robotic welding, and adhere to ISO 3834-2 and ISO 5817 standards. This means that quality and precision permeate the company's thinking in all operations, regardless of the welding method.

The welding workshop is modernly equipped with several heavy-duty leveling tables and modern positioners for workpieces up to 5 tons. The workshop is also equipped with welding robots and arranged to allow for qualified joint preparation.

As a welder, you work independently to build according to drawings and without fixtures. The job involves reading drawings, performing control measurements, tack welding, and finishing welds on details with great precision. The components vary in size, and batch sizes can be small or involve piece production. This means you have the opportunity to take responsibility and develop as a welder. You participate in continuous improvement work, 5S, and other LEAN activities. Shift work occurs.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a recent welding education or are already working as a welder but want to develop and take more responsibility. We believe you are someone who likes to take responsibility, maintains high quality, and gladly takes initiative when you see that something can be improved. You are reliable, work in a structured manner, and thrive in an environment where people help each other and where prestige does not stand in the way of doing a really good job together.

You must be able to read WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications) and drawings, as well as plan your own work (MIG/MAG and TIG). Forklift and crane licenses, as well as computer skills, are meritorious.
