Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who wants to "own" a milling machine or multi-purpose machine. Our machine fleet is updated with several brand-new machines, including a new gantry milling machine with TNC 7! You will work with single-piece production and short series. Programming in Heidenhain will be a central part of your work, as well as setup and operator maintenance. This means you have the opportunity to take responsibility and develop as an operator. You will participate in continuous improvement work, 5S, and other LEAN activities. Shift work is included.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone who completed their education some time ago and has many years of experience in setup and programming from drawings. You want to develop but perhaps don't see a way forward where you are today? We believe you are someone who likes to take responsibility, maintains high quality, and readily takes initiative when you see room for improvement. You are reliable, work in a structured manner, and thrive in an environment where people help each other and where prestige does not stand in the way of doing a really good job together. Experience with CAM preparation is a plus.
