About the role

As a Digital Lead, you are responsible for driving, coordinating, and realizing digital initiatives that create value in both production and administrative functions. The role is operational and broad, where you switch between analysis, coordination, practical implementation, and dialogue with the business, acting as a bridge between business, IT, and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate digital initiatives from idea to established practice within both production and administrative processes.
• Identify digitalization opportunities based on business needs, pain points, and goals.
• Collaborate with business representatives, IT, architecture, data/BI, automation, and external suppliers.
• Drive the digitalization of production-proximate processes, such as planning, follow-up, traceability, and exception management.
• Support the implementation of digital working methods in the workshop environment in close dialogue with operators and production engineering.
• Simplify information flows, reduce manual work, and increase transparency in administrative and engineering-related processes.
• Contribute to better decision-making through data, visualization, and structure.

We are looking for someone with

• Experience leading the implementation of MES or similar production-proximate systems.
• Experience working at the interface between business and IT.
• Experience with projects in an industrial environment (preferably manufacturing).
• Experience with change management during system implementation.
• Experience working in iterative or agile project environments.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in data analysis, preferably Python, Databricks, Data pipelines, Power BI, and technology related to AI agents.
• Experience working with data sources and industrial systems such as Ignitio, MES, ERP.
• An academic background in computer science or IT.
