We are now looking for a Unit Manager who wants to lead, develop, and strengthen economic and quality work. The key words we work by are courage, respect, and co-creation.

As the Unit Manager for the Economics and Quality Unit, you report to the Administration's Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities

You have operational responsibility for driving the municipality's work with economics, follow-up, business management, and quality. You lead a competent unit with employees within economics, analysis, and quality development. You work closely with the operations within the administration to contribute to sustainable economic management and to develop quality processes.

• Drive the work with business development and improvement processes.
• Responsible for reporting, analysis, and decision support to the Chief Financial Officer.
• Lead and coach employees within the quality and economics unit towards common goals.

Requirements

You are a clear and communicative leader who thrives on developing processes and your employees. You see the connection between economics, quality, and operational benefit – and you have the ability to turn this into action.

You have:

• An academic degree in economics, social sciences, or equivalent.
• Documented leadership experience with the ability to inspire and create engagement.
• Several years of experience in qualified economic work in the public sector, preferably in municipal operations.
• Several years of experience in quality development, management, and follow-up.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and present them in an understandable way.

Meritorious is experience in working with business management and digital development initiatives.
