At AMB Industri, we combine advanced manufacturing with innovation in MedTech and Life Science. We are now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented Production Technician who wants to take a central role in developing our production, machinery, and technical processes.

This is a broad and varied position for you who thrive when technology meets practical implementation and want to influence everything from production development and investments to maintenance, facility technology, and future projects.

About the Role

As a Production Technician, you will become an important part of our technical organization. You will have a key role in developing, optimizing, and ensuring the quality of our production processes while contributing to ensuring a reliable and well-functioning production environment.

The role involves significant responsibility and a broad scope of contact, where you work with production technology, improvement work, customer projects, and technical investment projects.

You will help build structure for the future by systematically inventorying, documenting, and developing our machinery – one machine at a time.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Drive and develop production technical improvements in the business.
• Ensure high availability in production.
• Inventory, document, and structure existing machinery and technical equipment.
• Participate in investments and the introduction of new machines and production equipment.
• Prepare and administer technical information in Monitor G5.
• Create and update instructions, routines, and technical documentation.
• Ensure that spare parts, components, and technical materials are available when needed.
• Participate in and drive technical projects together with the project organization and other functions.

We Are Looking For

Someone with experience from manufacturing industry who thrives in a role where you can combine technology, structure, and problem-solving. You have an engineering degree, are accustomed to taking responsibility, driving issues forward, and seeing opportunities where others see obstacles.

We believe you have:

• Experience as a production technician, maintenance technician, or similar technical role.
• Good understanding of production processes and manufacturing industry.
• Interest in machines, automation, and technology development.
• Experience with business systems, preferably Monitor G5.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
