On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Property Technician / Property Caretaker for an established property company with an attractive residential portfolio in Gothenburg and south of Gothenburg.

Here, you will become part of a long-term and stable operation focused on developing and managing modern residential properties. You will have significant personal responsibility, varied tasks, and the opportunity to contribute to both satisfied tenants and sustainable property management.

About the role

As a Property Technician / Property Caretaker, you play a central role in the daily operations and development of the property portfolio. You work both preventively and reactively with technical installations, maintenance, and energy efficiency to ensure well-functioning properties and a secure living environment.

Your main responsibilities

  • Operation and maintenance of technical installations
  • Handle and resolve service reports
  • Order and follow up on minor repairs and maintenance work
  • Reactive maintenance, such as troubleshooting and replacing white goods

We are looking for someone who

  • Has good technical understanding and experience in operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Is accustomed to working digitally in various systems
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

As a person

You are independent, structured, and solution-oriented with a natural drive to take responsibility. You have a strong technical interest and are motivated by finding long-term solutions that create value for both the business and the tenants. At the same time, you are service-oriented, unpretentious, and enjoy building good relationships through professional and engaged interaction.

The company offers

You will become part of a stable and long-term property company where quality, sustainability, and customer focus are at the center. Here, you are offered a varied role with significant personal responsibility, short decision-making paths, and good opportunities to contribute to the development of both the properties and the business.
