About the role

You will belong to your local unit, which in turn is part of the Roads & Highways division. As a Project Manager, you will lead both single-disciplinary and multidisciplinary assignments of varying sizes. We mainly work in projects with state, municipal, and private clients.

We place great importance on your personality and social skills. You are communicative, collaborative, and enjoy creating engagement in project teams. We would like you to have experience from projects within road, street, and land development.

Your main responsibilities

• Manage road, street, and land projects in both larger and smaller assignments
• Coordinate the work with the preparation of AMA descriptions
• Prepare construction documents and tender documents
• Contribute to the continuous development of the unit's working methods and digital solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues and specialists both nationally and internationally

• Have post-secondary education related to construction and civil engineering
• Have experience from the construction, road, or civil engineering industry
• Have a strong commitment to sustainability and sustainable societal development

• Are business-minded and have a natural ability to build long-term and trustful relationships
• Have the ability to collaborate across boundaries – both between technical fields and internationally
• Have very good communicative skills in Swedish, both oral and written. Knowledge of other languages, such as German, is meritorious.
• Have the ability to work in international and multidisciplinary environments
