In our deli production in Skogås, we produce toast, sandwiches, salads, and other savory products for Gateau stores in the Stockholm area. Here you will work together with engaged colleagues in a business where your contribution makes a difference!

As a Deli Employee, you will become an important part of our production team. With your commitment, attention to detail, and focus on quality, you contribute to ensuring our products maintain the high standard that characterizes Gateau. You work operationally on the production floor, preparing, assembling, and packing our products according to recipes and quality standards.

What will you do?

• Prepare, assemble, and pack deli products according to recipes and hygiene routines
• Ensure quality and food safety in every step
• Follow daily production plans and contribute to a smooth workflow
• Perform self-inspections and keep the production area clean and organized
• Follow safety routines and use the correct protective equipment
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive, supportive team
• Support the confectionery/bakery as needed, depending on business requirements

• Experienced in working in production or food preparation (meritorious but not required)

• Familiar with hygiene routines and food handling

With us, you get a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period on a full-time basis, with terms according to the Food Industry Agreement (livsmedelsavtalet-2025-ny.pdf) between the Food Workers Union and the Food Industry Association. The minimum salary according to the agreement is 29,566.08 SEK/month. Any additional allowances apply according to the collective agreement.
