About the RoleDo you want to work close to the operations and have overall responsibility for properties that play an important role in people's daily lives? In this role, you will become a key person in a municipal environment where well-functioning premises are crucial for schools, culture, leisure, as well as healthcare and social care.
You are responsible for your own property portfolio and work in close collaboration with other property roles. The role combines economics, planning, regulatory requirements, maintenance, and customer dialogue, giving you a broad daily routine with many contact points and great opportunities to influence. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to work broadly with property management in a business where your work is clearly visible.
Responsibilities- You have overall responsibility for your property portfolio and drive the ongoing management forward.
- You are the primary contact person for property matters towards operations, tenants, and other relevant parties.
- You work with economics within property management, including budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up.
- You plan and follow up on maintenance and ensure that maintenance plans are kept up to date.
- You coordinate operational adaptations and contribute to smaller projects related to the properties.
- You hold customer meetings, conduct site visits, and build long-term relationships with many contact points.
- You ensure that regulatory requirements and safety regulations are followed within your area.
- You contribute to emergency preparedness work and the development of properties within your area of responsibility.
- Relevant university or college degree, for example in property business, land surveying, or equivalent education deemed relevant.
- Good knowledge of property management and several years of experience in facility management and working with property-related issues.
- Experience in economic work within property management, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience in relationship-building work with significant customer contact.
- Knowledge and experience of procurement according to LOU (Public Procurement Act) as well as rental law.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety regulations for properties.
- You command Swedish well in speech and writing.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
