About the role

Envirotainer provides temperature-controlled container leasing solutions for the transportation of temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products. The Operations department includes Customer Service, Logistics, Damage Control, Global Service Network, and Reliability & Cold Chain Services, working together to ensure customers receive the right containers at the right time while supporting successful shipments.

As part of the Customer Service team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support and helping deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the entire shipment process.

The role: In this role, you will be the link between Envirotainer, its customers, and partners, providing first-line support via email and helping resolve questions related to products, services, and basic technical issues. You will manage customer cases while ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

As customer support is available 24/7, you will work two weekend shifts per month (00:00–12:00 or 12:00–00:00) with on-call duty. You may also occasionally work during global public holidays. Your monthly schedule will vary, with a minimum of four paid hours per shift. More details will be provided during the recruitment process.

Introduction for the role will be held after summer, daytime on site.

Work tasks

  • Responsible for the incoming customer cases, phone calls and e-mails
  • Troubleshooting guiding for customers
  • Hand over tasks to the full time staff that will help you solve the problems when the weekdays starts

We are looking for

  • You have minimum 2 years left on your post-secondary education with an alignment towards IT or Tech
  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written, as this is the language you will communicate in
  • A great interest and good knowledge in IT and computers
