We are looking for a Production Manager for the permanent night shift!We are now seeking an engaged and results-oriented Production Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our production during night hours!
About the role
As a Production Manager on the permanent night shift, you have overall responsibility for the entire production during the night shift. You lead and coordinate work across several departments such as SMT (Surface Mount Technology), post-processing, assembly, and warehouse. The role involves ensuring that operations run efficiently, safely, and according to plan, even when support functions are more limited.
You will become a key central figure in the organization where your leadership creates stability, clarity, and momentum across the entire flow. The focus is on keeping production together, handling deviations quickly, and ensuring that the right priorities are made between departments.
You are part of the production management team and report to the Production Manager. At night, you have overall responsibility for production and are the sole manager on duty, supported by shift leaders.
Your main areas of responsibility:
- Lead, distribute, and follow up on work across several departments within production
- Ensure a stable production flow through the entire value chain (SMT, post-processing, assembly, and warehouse)
- Prioritize and coordinate resources based on current needs and conditions
- Ensure a safe and secure working environment during the night shift
- Be responsible for personnel matters such as follow-up, dialogue, and planning
- Handle deviations and make real-time decisions to keep production running
- Drive and follow up on improvement work related to quality, efficiency, and delivery precision
We are looking for you who:

- Has experience from a production environment, preferably within manufacturing industry
- Thrives in a role with significant personal responsibility where you need to make independent decisions
- Has the ability to see the big picture and understand the connections between different parts of production
- Has experience in personnel responsibility and occupational health and safety work
- Is solution-oriented, flexible, and comfortable handling unforeseen situations
