Estimator at Elimperiet – Make a Real Impact

Elimperiet AB is an established electrical installation company based in Upplands Väsby, operating in Greater Stockholm and Uppsala. We have approximately 30 electricians, 17 service vehicles, and an annual turnover of around 60–70 million SEK. With over 20 years of experience in electrical, telecommunications, and technical installations, we handle everything from service and ROT projects to commercial projects, properties, and retail environments.

The company was founded by three co-owners who still run the business together – characterized by short decision-making paths, high transparency, and a strong sense of community. Here, you are close to the business and the management, with the opportunity to influence and make a difference.

We work with shops, residential properties, car dealerships, LSS housing, and construction projects – often through framework agreements and with many recurring customers.

We are known for meeting deadlines, handling warranties professionally, and delivering quality.

We are now looking to grow – and are therefore seeking an estimator who wants to take a central role in our continued development.

Your Role

As an estimator here, you will have a key role in a position close to the management.

You will be responsible for estimating both construction and service projects – often several in parallel – and will be involved early in the process, influencing the business premises.

You will:

• Estimate electrical contracts and service assignments.
• Work with Wikells or Bidcon, Bluebeam, and Excel.
• Read and analyze drawings and technical descriptions.
• Calculate ÄTOR (Additional Work/Changes) and handle project changes.
• Participate in bid reviews and handover to the project organization.
• Serve as a sounding board for owners and project managers.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with:

• An electrical technical education at the upper secondary level or equivalent.
• A background as an electrician.
• At least 3 years of experience as an estimator within the electrical industry.
• Proficiency in Wikells or Bidcon.
• Experience with Bluebeam and Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Merits include:

• Electrical engineer / calculation engineer.
• Good knowledge of AMA EL, AB 04 / ABT 06.
• General electrical certification.
• CAD skills.
• Experience handling ÄTOR.
