You will start and end your workday at Dagab's new warehouse in Bålsta. When delivering to customers, you will drive in the Stockholm area, where routes and delivery addresses may vary from day to day. Dagab is part of Axfood, Sweden's second-largest player in the grocery retail sector, with brands such as Willys, Hemköp, Tempo, and Axfood Snabbgross. Every week, Dagab delivers thousands of orders directly to the end customer – with a focus on high quality and deliveries that meet both today's and tomorrow's requirements.

Please note that you must be able to commute to and from the workplace in Bålsta independently, as the warehouse is located well outside central Stockholm and public transport may be limited depending on working hours.

As a driver, your main task is to deliver pre-packed grocery boxes to Willys and Hemköp customers in and around Stockholm. You will drive light trucks (Category B license) and use GPS.

The work is physical – involving heavy lifting and stair climbing – which requires good stamina. While working independently and representing the company, you are also responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience.

Working hours vary, with opportunities to work mornings, days, and evenings.

This is a demand-based employment position. You submit your availability week by week and are booked day by day. This setup is ideal to combine with studies, a part-time job, or running your own business.

We expect you to be able to work around 2-3 weekdays per week.

The role begins with training during daytime, 4 days within one week, Tuesday to Friday. Prior to this, you must have passed a driving test at Dagab and a drug test.

The start date for this position is immediate.

To thrive in the role of a driver, you should:

• Be comfortable working at a fast pace and have the ability to combine efficiency with accuracy. This is required as you are responsible for delivering orders on time and to the correct customer.

• Have a safety mindset when operating vehicles.

• Enjoy physical work and have good physical fitness, as the job involves heavy lifting and lots of stair climbing.

• Be service-oriented and ensure the customer has a good impression during the short handover period.

Since shifts can span large parts of the day, we are looking for someone with a flexible daily routine – for example, studying online or running a business – who needs a stable extra income. We would appreciate your intention to combine this side job with your main occupation for an extended period.

Importance will also be placed on your other personal qualities.

We use Verifieras control tools to ensure that current candidates do not have a background incompatible with the position.

Drug testing is also applied upon starting this position.

• To be employed in this position, you must have a main occupation of at least 50% alongside this role.

• Category B driver's license for manual transmission and held the license for at least 2 years.

• Since workplace induction, safety regulations, safety briefings, and other instructions are conducted in Swedish, you must be proficient in the Swedish language.
