We are now looking for service-oriented waiting staff

As an employee with us, your main task is to be our face and provide good service to our guests. You act as a host together with your other colleagues in the team to create a world-class guest experience. Even though you work with us as waiting staff, you contribute to a holistic experience at the hotel by keeping things clean and tidy, acting without hierarchy, and being helpful across departmental boundaries if needed.

• In the role of waiting staff, your task is to create a personal and warm experience for all guests. You are attentive, observant, and quick to smile. You will work with breakfast, lunch, à la carte, and café service as well as larger bookings.

We are looking for you who have a great interest in and passion for service and want to give that little extra to our guests. You have an eye for detail and a cheerful demeanor – seeing the guest and delivering extra care is in your nature. You have high engagement and good communication skills. You enjoy taking responsibility, are self-reliant in your work, and are not afraid to jump in where you are needed most at the moment. You work in a structured and organized manner while having the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, you value your interaction with guests just as much as with your colleagues. You have good computer skills, good knowledge of Swedish, and in some roles, English is also a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Good to know

The position is a part-time summer vacation substitute, and we have an immediate need. As waiting staff, you work with varying hours. Start date according to agreement.

Gyllene Uttern has a collective agreement with HRF.
