We are now looking for an engaged and business-driven Deputy Site Manager for our Operations and Maintenance division in Skåne/Halland. About the Role

As a Deputy Site Manager, you work closely with the Site Manager and are responsible for operationally supporting and leading parts of the operations regarding business, production, and personnel matters. The role offers a broad variety of tasks and great opportunities for leadership development.

Your main areas of responsibility include, among others:

• Responsibility for leading, engaging, and developing your AC group and employees.
• Conducting operations according to set goals and guidelines, always striving for satisfied customers, profitability, productivity, sustainable development, quality, and a good and safe working environment.
• Responsibility for the project portfolio in your geographical area and project follow-up.
• Marketing activities; maintaining and developing existing customer relationships as well as generating business opportunities.
• Overall responsibility for budget matters, such as forecasting, tendering, contract writing, agreements, and purchasing, with support from our support functions.
• Leading management group work within your group and participating in the regional management group together with your fellow Site Managers in the Region Operations and Maintenance.

Who are you?

We see that you, as a candidate, have at least 10 years of experience in qualified project management and control in the production process within construction or similar, with a technical university or college education being an advantage. A coaching leadership style is natural for you, and you are accustomed to personnel responsibility for both white-collar and blue-collar workers. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills and communicate in a simple, clear, and thoughtful manner. Naturally, you have good computer skills and a valid driver's license.

Since a key part of this role involves contacting customers and building relationships both internally and externally, we look for a business-like and trustworthy approach, where you are driving, customer-oriented, organized, and structured.
