Personal Assistant for a Young Woman in Obbola – Night Shift (Awake)

We are currently looking for personal assistants for a young woman with full care needs who requires support around the clock. With us, you will work at a fun and meaningful workplace alongside wonderful colleagues, where every effort makes a real difference in another person's life.

The workplace is located in Obbola, and it is easy to get here by both bus and car.

About the Position

The position involves an awake night shift with the possibility of a permanent schedule. The work is scheduled on weekdays and weekends. This assistance is double-staffed around the clock, so you will always work together with colleagues – you are never alone in your work.

Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you will follow the daily plan and perform tasks aimed at providing the customer with the best possible quality of life. The duties include, among other things:

• Support in daily routines
• Help with personal hygiene
• Participation in physiotherapeutic interventions
• Working based on delegation

The interventions you perform are of utmost importance and contribute directly to the customer having a secure, dignified, and meaningful life.
