We are now looking for a Mobile Service Technician for our operations in Söderköping

About the role

As a Service Technician, you are responsible for the repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of our machines and equipment. The work takes place both at our service center in Söderköping and at our customers' sites.

You will also support customers during machine delivery and contribute to a high service level in all customer interactions. The role involves significant personal responsibility in planning and executing tasks, in close dialogue with your team leader. You collaborate with after-sales and sales to create the best possible customer experience.

You document and report completed work in our systems and contribute to the development of both working methods and customer relationships.

You are self-reliant, responsible, and have the ability to prioritize your work efficiently. You are flexible, service-oriented, and have a good understanding of the customer's need for fast and high-quality service.

You have a technical interest and appreciate working both practically and solution-oriented in everyday life.

Qualifications

• Technical education at the upper secondary level or equivalent
• Experience as a service technician, mechanic, or similar
• Knowledge in electrical systems, hydraulics, and/or combustion engines
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
