About the role
As a Service Technician, you are responsible for keeping Sweden's bakeries running through the installation and maintenance of machinery. You work independently in the field with support from knowledgeable colleagues and international suppliers, in a role characterized by freedom under responsibility.
Responsibilities
The role involves varied work with responsibility for the entire chain, from installation to acute troubleshooting and long-term maintenance for bakery customers across Sweden.
- Install and commission machinery and equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive service and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within mechanics, electrical systems, and automation.
- Provide technical support and advice on-site at customer locations.
- Document and report on work performed.
- Build and develop long-term customer relationships.
We are looking for someone who
- Has at least 1 year of experience in mechanical service and maintenance of machinery or production equipment.
- Fluent in Swedish and has good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Has a B-class driver's license and is willing to travel regularly throughout Sweden, including occasional overnight stays.
- Approaches work in a solution-oriented and proactive manner.
It is an advantage if you have
- Knowledge in electrical systems, automation, or PLC control.
- Good knowledge of the German language.
- Educational background in mechanical engineering or automation.
