About the Role

Our client is an established and leading player in the concrete industry, focusing on the production of high-quality prefabricated concrete elements. As a concrete worker, you will become an integral part of the production process, working with formwork, reinforcement, and pouring.

You will work closely with your colleagues in a cohesive team where collaboration, quality, and safety are at the core. The work is varied and practical, with a fast pace and clear goals – here you will see the tangible results of your work every day.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in concrete work or another skilled trade
• Is meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Enjoys physical work and can handle heavy tasks
• Is self-motivated yet a strong team player
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, to read drawings and communicate effectively at work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from the concrete industry
• Forklift and/or crane operator certificates
• Other trade experience that strengthens your practical skills

The position starts with TopWork with the goal of the candidate eventually transitioning to employment with the client. As a consultant at TopWork, you will have a consultant manager who supports you in your assignment with the client. We provide advice and recommendations on how you can develop in your work.
