We are currently looking for a Production Manager for a well-established industrial company in the Gnosjö region. Here, you will have a key role in the operations, responsible for leading daily work, developing processes, and contributing to the company's continued growth and success.

You will become part of an organization with short decision-making paths where your ideas and initiatives are valued. The role offers a varied daily routine with significant autonomy, allowing you to combine leadership, problem-solving, and improvement work in a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute daily work in production
• Ensure production meets set goals regarding quality, delivery, and efficiency
• Plan and monitor production resources and capacity
• Drive and participate in improvement and efficiency projects
• Coach, motivate, and develop employees
• Monitor key performance indicators and initiate improvement measures
• Collaborate with other functions to ensure an efficient production flow

We believe you have

• Experience from manufacturing industry
• Previous experience in team leading or management
• Good understanding of production processes and planning
• Ability to make decisions and prioritize in a changing environment
• A solution-oriented and structured approach to work
• Good communication skills and natural leadership qualities

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience with LEAN or improvement work
• Technical understanding or technical education
• Experience in production planning
• Knowledge in quality, occupational health and safety, or production economics
