Do you want a central role where you combine system responsibility, administration, and communication in a socially important organization? Försäkrings AB Göta Lejon is now looking for a curious and driven administrator for a fixed-term contract starting in October 2026. Here you will have the opportunity to work broadly in a smaller organization with significant responsibility.

The Role of Administrator with System Responsibility

In this role, you will have coordinating and operational responsibility for the business system Insman, where the company's insurance policies, claims, and risk recommendations are handled. The role involves working approximately 70% on system-related issues.

You function as a central contact point for the system's users and have an important service function where you support, guide, and ensure that the system is used effectively in operations. You work closely with the system owner on development issues and maintain ongoing dialogue with the system supplier.

In addition to system responsibility, you also have a role within the company's communication and contribute broadly to the organization's administrative work. Since Göta Lejon is a smaller organization, you will become an important part of the whole and are expected to take significant personal responsibility and contribute where needs arise.

Examples of Tasks

System Administration and Digital Development

  • Be the contact person for users and provide ongoing support in the system
  • Handle error reports and dialogue with the system supplier
  • Test new features and system updates
  • Responsible for permission management and system maintenance
  • Participate in development and digitalization projects
  • Work operationally in the system related to insurance and claims processes
  • Handle administrative tasks related to insurance and claims
  • Collect and compile claims statistics

Communication and Web

  • Produce and distribute newsletters
  • Publish and update content on websites
  • Create presentations, templates, and communication materials
  • Manage content in digital channels
  • Contribute to the development of the company's communication work

Your Background, Experience, and Competence

We are looking for someone who is structured, service-oriented, and proactive. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, work closely with users, and collaborate with different parts of the business to find solutions. You have an interest in systems and digital tools and are motivated by immersing yourself in new contexts.

  • At least a high school diploma
  • A few years of work experience
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you:

  • Have experience in system administration, administration, or user support
  • Have worked with web publishing or communication
  • Have knowledge within the insurance sector
  • Have experience with Microsoft 365 or similar digital tools
  • Have relevant post-secondary education
