Cherry is now looking for a driven and responsible Chief Croupier for our operations in Hälsingland. In this role, you will become a key person in our organization – with significant responsibility and opportunities for development and influence.

As Chief Croupier, you are a self-reliant and flexible leader with overall responsibility for the daily operations in your area. You plan and staff work shifts, maintain good contact with our partners, recruit, train, and onboard new staff, and are responsible for local presence and quality in our operations. You will also work as a croupier at our tables yourself.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a solution-oriented attitude and thrives in a dynamic environment
Is organized, communicative, and confident in a leadership role
Can take initiative and make independent decisions
Is a good ambassador for Cherry and enjoys working in a restaurant/bar environment

Previous experience as a croupier is meritorious but not a requirement – we offer free training both as a Croupier and Chief Croupier.

The position involves approximately 30 hours per month, but this may vary, especially during recruitment periods. A driver's license and access to a car are meritorious. Cherry is affiliated with Visita and operates under collective agreements. We offer a salary according to the current agreement. Starting salary from 167 SEK per hour, depending on previous experience in the profession. In addition to the base salary, there is compensation for shift work (OB), commission, responsibility allowance, and holiday pay. The salary is also pensionable.
