Our client, a dynamic company in the manufacturing industry within the security sector, is looking for an engaged Planner to start immediately. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with close colleagues and contribute directly to the production flow.
About the role
As a Planner, you are a key person in ensuring a smooth order flow and supporting production. You will handle orders from receipt to administration, as well as help resolve challenges in the system. This is a role for you who has experience working within the supply chain at a leading player in the field. The position starts as a 3-month consultancy solution but with very good chances of extension. The work takes place primarily on-site at the office during standard office hours.

Responsibilities
- Receive and register incoming orders, often via email.
- Administer order confirmations and order changes in the system.
- Maintain and correct master data in the business system.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in production to ensure a smooth flow.
- Contribute to an efficient order management process.
We are looking for you who
- Have documented experience in production planning.
- Have advanced numerical skills.
- Have good written communication skills in English & Swedish.
- Have practical experience in administrative work with customers.
- Have a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Can start immediately.
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience in production planning.
- Knowledge of Monitor ERP.
