The Swedish Armed Forces Telecommunications and Information Systems Unit (FMTIS) is now looking for you who want to contribute to and strengthen Sweden's defense capability by establishing a completely new Military Base in Arboga. You will lead a company with responsibility for, among other things, logistics and technical customer reception.

About the Company

The company's main tasks will be to support Military Base Arboga, primarily with logistics. Companies for security and command will also be established at the military base.

Main Responsibilities

Your company includes the warehouse that handles cargo flows and stored equipment. You will work on creating an organization that handles the repair of both weapons and vehicles as well as other technical equipment. In the long term, you will also establish defense health services in Arboga. Since the military base in Arboga is a new organization, we are looking for you who want to be part of our development journey and build something from scratch.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Degree as an officer or specialist officer training
• Good knowledge of the Office package
• Good skills in expressing yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
• Driver's license with at least category B (manual transmission)
• Experience in leadership at the company level or with similar leadership conditions at the corresponding level

• Experience with the IT system PRIO (SAP)
• Experience with the IT system LIFT
• Good skills in expressing yourself in speech and writing in English
• Previously served in logistics positions or within the functional area of technical service
• Broad experience of military work in the Swedish Armed Forces.
