Fiber Technician

Who are you:

We are looking for someone with a technical interest. You should be solution-oriented and service-minded towards customers, partners, and colleagues. The work requires you to be meticulous and ambitious, always striving for top performance. While we often work in teams in the field, the role may also involve working independently.

You will have the opportunity to learn fiber technology from the ground up, together with us. You will learn to blow and splice fiber, perform installations, pull cables, troubleshoot, conduct OTDR measurements, etc. If you are attentive, curious, and eager to learn and develop, you will go far with us!

Education & Experience:

• Completed upper secondary education.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Valid Class B driver's license required.
• Experience in fiber installation, service, and maintenance is a plus.

Other Information:

• Start: According to agreement.
• Location: You will be based out of our office in Varberg, but the work is primarily carried out in Germany.
• Employment: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period.
• Working Hours: Primarily weekdays, but varies depending on the project and location. When working abroad, we work in periods with alternating time off.
• Salary: Monthly salary according to agreement.
