We are one of Sweden's most successful ICA stores, featuring our own Hall of Food, a bakery, and a strong focus on quality, food joy, and development. Many of our leaders have made their journey internally. We are now looking for you who want to develop with us and become an important part of the team in Packaged Fresh Products.

About the position

As a store employee in the meat team, you are a vital part of the daily operations at Packaged Fresh Products. You work with picking, sales, customer service, and orders while ensuring the department is well-stocked, inspiring, and sales-driven. This role suits you if you want to develop within assortment, sales, and business acumen. You work closely with colleagues and leaders in an engaged team where collaboration and responsibility are a natural part of everyday life.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining customer interactions with practical store work. You are responsible, structured, and have a genuine interest in food, quality, and sales. You see what needs to be done, take initiative, and contribute to both results and job satisfaction. We would like you to have

• Experience from ICA or other grocery retail
• Interest in meat, cooking, and quality
• Good understanding of sales, shrinkage, and profitability
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently while being a team player

Experience working with meat, fresh products, or orders is advantageous, but we place great emphasis on your attitude, drive, and willingness to learn.

About the employment

The position is 30 hours per week on average, permanent, with a six-month probationary period.

Desired start date: August 15th or as agreed.

Working hours are varied and include day, evening, and weekend work. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
