We are continuing to grow and are now looking for a technician for our facility in Norrköping!

Here you will work practically with the installation of car interiors and accessories in transport vehicles – in a varied role where you get to work hands-on with vehicles, technology, and customer-specific solutions.

We are looking for you who have experience in practical work with vehicles or technology and who thrive in a role where you take responsibility, develop, and work together with engaged colleagues.

Your role as a technician with us

As a technician with us, you will have a practical and varied job where you work with the installation and assembly of car interiors and accessories in transport vehicles – from standard solutions to more customised customer projects.

You work with installing products in and on customers' cars, primarily transport vehicles and pickups. The work includes mounting interiors, auxiliary lights, work lighting, roof equipment, and pickup accessories.

The role is hands-on and varied, where you work with several different tasks and clearly see the results of what you do. As you develop, you will gradually take on larger customer projects and more advanced installations – always with support from your team.

To succeed in the role, you will receive a thorough introduction, become certified in our working methods, and develop continuously through our internal competence development program, WS Academy.

We believe that several of the following points apply to you:

• You have previously worked as a service technician, technician, mechanic, auto body repairer, damage repairer, or similar.
• You have experience with electrical installations in vehicle technology (12V or 24V).
• You have technical knowledge and are accustomed to working practically.
• You have a strong interest in vehicles and enjoy tinkering in your spare time.
• You have a basic understanding of 12V systems, for example regarding the installation of auxiliary lights, work lighting, or CAN-bus solutions.

Experience from the upfitting industry is an advantage, but not a requirement. If you have the right attitude, a technical interest, and the willingness to learn, you will go far with us!

A valid driver's license (category B, manual) and proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written) are required for the position.

Practical information

• Location: Norrköping
• Scope: Full-time, permanent employment (we apply a 6-month probation period)
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00 (flexible)
• Start: According to agreement
• Salary: Fixed salary + profit sharing, pension, and insurance according to agreement

The role may, if necessary, involve travel to other of our facilities around the country. During certain periods, you may be called upon to support where the need is greatest, which means that work in other locations may occur.

Travel that may occur primarily takes place as day commuting to Linköping. It may also involve working at another facility for a few days in a row.

Travel takes place during working hours and is planned in good dialogue with you.
