Sydresor AB is a travel agency located at the railway station in Älmhult. It is a privately owned family business.

Today, we focus primarily on business travel, but we also book private trips. We arrange train, flight, and hotel bookings, as well as group and conference travel for our contract customers, primarily municipalities in Sweden. We currently have agreements with approximately 50 municipalities.

We are a team of 9 people and are looking to expand our staff with a full-time position. We are seeking a reliable and easy-going colleague.

Your tasks will involve working with both private and business customers. If you are a cheerful, positive problem-solver, open-minded, and humble, you will likely fit right into our small, very family-like team. Therefore, personal chemistry with us is very important.

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to handle stress and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with booking systems such as Amadeus, Silverrail, and/or Linkonline.
• Good computer literacy and experience working with various data systems.
• Experience working within the travel industry.

Requirements:

• Good spoken and written proficiency in both Swedish and English. Our customer interactions are primarily conducted via phone and email in Swedish.

Job Details:

The position is full-time (100%). Working hours are Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.

NOTE: This is a maternity leave position until March 27, 2031, with a possibility of extension.
