How a combined position as a pharmacist at the pharmacy and online pharmacy works

In this role, you will work a few days a week at the online pharmacy and a few days at the physical pharmacy, providing a balance between digital pharmaceutical work and personal customer interaction at the store. You will enjoy a flexible and varied work environment with many skilled colleagues. As a pharmacist at the physical pharmacy, you will alternate between advising and selling prescriptions and over-the-counter products, with a focus on the customer meeting. As a pharmacist at the online pharmacy, you become an integral part of a digital workflow where quality and customer benefit are central. You will rotate through three stations: pharmaceutical control, where you review the customer's medication list; technical control, where the order is prepared for packing; and manual handling, where you resolve any issues, help the customer with alternatives, and contact prescribers if necessary.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed dispensing pharmacist or pharmacist. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist, and you identify with the following description:

• You show interest and engagement in customer interactions and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and across the entire region/All Hjärtat.
• You take responsibility for handling the requirements placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed.
• You contribute with a positive attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life.
