RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities involve facilitating daily life for the users, providing them with good care and a meaningful everyday life. The duties include being a designated care contact for users, which among other things involves creating and following up on implementation plans together with users, collaborating with relatives, and licensed personnel. A good attitude towards people is a given. By working with person-centered care, we capitalize on the strengths of each user.

The duties include documenting and performing rehabilitative measures based on instructions from a physiotherapist and occupational therapist. Medical tasks are included in the work based on delegation from a licensed nurse. The location, Vidala, is in Södra Vi, and public transportation is difficult to access, so you may need to use your own car to commute to and from work.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education in the Care and Nursing program or other education assessed as equivalent by the employer
  • Experience in similar work is meritorious
  • Driver's license B is meritorious

As a person, you are responsible and flexible, have a service-oriented approach, and a positive attitude. It is important that you can work independently and have good collaboration skills. It is also important that you have empathetic abilities. The position requires documentation, so you need to be computer literate and have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
