Project Leading Interior Fitter – Gothenburg, Västra Götaland & Jönköping

Confac is growing and is now looking for experienced project leading interior fitters who want to take responsibility for fitting projects from start to final delivery.

Here, you will work on varied projects within warehouses, offices, hotels, schools, retail stores, and industrial environments. No two weeks are the same – one day you might be fitting a modern office environment, the next you are leading a larger warehouse project or completing a hotel interior fit-out.

About the Role

As a project leading interior fitter, you are responsible for ensuring our projects are executed with high quality, according to schedule, and with professional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Leading and participating in the fitting of interior solutions.
• Planning and coordinating on-site work.
• Maintaining ongoing contact with customers and project management.
• Ensuring work is performed safely and in accordance with current requirements.
• Ensuring projects are completed with high quality and satisfied customers.

Most of our assignments are located in Gothenburg, Västra Götaland, and Jönköping County, but we also carry out projects in other parts of Sweden. Therefore, travel fitting and overnight stays are included in the role when required by the projects.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in interior fitting or similar installation work.
• Is accustomed to taking responsibility and driving projects forward.
• Can lead a fitting team and make independent decisions.
• Can read drawings and work in a structured manner.
• Is solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
• Has a valid Category B driver's license.
• Counterbalance forklift license, lift training, hot work certification, or Category BE license are considered merits.
