Do you love the scent of freshly baked goods and the joy of creating with your hands? At Mossbylund, your craftsmanship becomes a vital part of our guests' experience. We are now looking for a baker who wants to create magic with us in our newly built bakery.

Your responsibilities

As part of our dedicated bakery team, you are responsible for the daily production in the bakery. You will supply our three locations with everything from breakfast bread to afternoon buns and sweet evening desserts.

Craftsmanship, taste, and creativity are at the forefront here. You will be involved in developing the assortment based on the seasons, while ensuring that every product maintains the quality our guests expect.

The role involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with the kitchen and pastry chefs to provide our guests with a first-class experience.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience working as a baker and who is passionate about authentic craftsmanship.

You are meticulous, responsible, and have an eye for both quality and details. You thrive working independently, plan your work efficiently, and maintain your composure even when the pace is fast.

At the same time, you are a positive team player who contributes to a good atmosphere and is happy to share your ideas and creativity.

A driver's license and access to a car are required for this position, as working hours often start early and public transport is limited.

The position is a full-time employment with immediate start.

Salary according to the agreement between HRF and Visita:

Standard
From April 1, 2025: 149.46 SEK/h
From April 1, 2026: 153.64 SEK/h

With 6 years of experience or more
From April 1, 2025: 160.56 SEK/h
From April 1, 2026: 167.31 SEK/h
