Your Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for the daily operations of our properties in Skövde, Mariestad, and Karlstad. You work both independently and in teams with preventive and corrective maintenance, optimization of technical systems, and energy efficiency.

The role includes among other things:

• Operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of heating, cooling, ventilation, and control systems.
• Replacement of actuators, control valves, sensors, pumps, fans, and other technical components.
• Energy monitoring and suggestions for improvement measures.
• Contact with tenants, contractors, and colleagues in the operations team.

We are looking for you who

• Have several years of experience in technical property maintenance and good knowledge within HVAC, with a focus on heating systems.
• Have previous experience working with varying control systems.
• Are solution-oriented, analytical, and have an eye for energy efficiency.
• Are social and thrive in meetings with tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B) (requirement).
